My son and I are fans of Minecraft. We play the game together regularly and we both enjoy the sets that LEGO® has been producing. When I saw that they were releasing buildable characters in an action figure size, I knew that I had to get my hands on some.

I really like the LEGO Minecraft theme. It may not be to many AFOLs liking, with brick heavy, play focused sets, but I love the modularity and the faithfulness to the spirit of the source material. I’ve been on the fence for a while about the Lego Minecraft sets. The Micro World sets are practically parts packs for microscale builders and I’ve bought a few on sale.
