One last pair of houses. I’ve reached the point in this project where I am starting to mix older models with new, and as such I needed one last residential module to round out a block.

As I finish up my fourth block of residential, I must say that I’m more than a bit creatively exhausted. I’m happy with all of my little houses, but even happier that I get to start building other things soon!

As my series of residential modules nears an end, I decided to revisit a house design that I came up with months ago. I’d built part of a cute little house, but before I finished it, I raided it for parts. Now I’ve finally finished it!

As much as I like building unusual houses, most houses aren’t that outlandish. This week I’ve built another pair of simple houses for my neighborhood.

After last week’s community gardens, I decided that it was time to add some apartment dwellers. A lot of older cities have small apartment buildings in their neighborhoods, especially on the edges of commercial zones.

This week’s build is a mix of things that I’ve been seeing around, with a cluster of small-and-talls on a on a single, large lot.

Sometimes, I developer will buy two lots and redivided them into three. This kind of thing happens a fair amount in Portland, so I figured that I should represent another kind of urban infill.
