This is an older build and sadly Olivier Lego doesn’t seem to be active anymore, but I can’t help but share this microscale build. The limited palette is perfect for the complex texture, instantly readable as classical architecture.

1981 Suzuki Carry by Senator Chinchilla
Having spent a formative year of my life in Japan, I have a fond place in my heart for the tiny trucks and vans made for their domestic market. I’m not sure what Senator Chinchilla‘s connection is, but they built a lovely little van.
P-98 Nemesis by Jon Hall
I’ve long been an admirer of Jon Hall‘s understated dieselpunk style. Sand blue is a perfect color for military builds and nicely set off by white here. Careful use of custom graphics (and removal of some original printing) really finishes it.
HY-GOGG
The many Gundam series have produced an almost limitless wealth of mecha designs. I love seeing a builder like Moko putting his stamp on an uncommon model like this HY-GOGG. Make sure to click through and check out some of the other photos!.
Beatrice von Hex
The successful interaction of system and constraction elements is key to most of my favorite character models. This figure by Djokson is a beautiful blend of elements set apart by a solid balance of color.
Tiny Tank [Instructions]
A big thanks to builders who like to share. I always learn so much when I build someone else’s model. This microscale tank by GolPlaysWithLego is full of great part usage and has a nice, minimal palette.
Orange Krate
I am always envious of Calin‘s skill with these little cars. The subtle details and tricky sculpting are so good that the pops of chrome are just icing on the cake.
Nexo Hovercar
I’m a bit in love with this retro-future car by Frost. The mix of Nexo colors and elements are perfect for the subject matter.

Sam Malmberg rocked out this walking tank!
There are a lot of great details, but it was the sliding door that really caught my eye in Magnus‘ vignette.
This model is a departure for Kelvin Low, but I dig the Five Star Stories vibe!
How could you not love this eensy Borg Cube by Nils_O.?
